National Football Events' 2007 North American Bowl

The North American Bowl was the 3rd Annual National Football Events' National Championship.  The Brooklyn Mariners won over the First Coast Generals of Jacksonville, Florida. 27-0.

The Mariners started the scoring with a 23-yard field goal by Broderick Simpson with 5 minutes off the clock in the first quarter.  Simpson kicked a 36-yard field goal just 2 minutes later.  The Mariners scored their first TD with 2:30 left in the first half on a 10-yard run by Paul Johnson.  Simpson converted the PAT.

The Mariners opened the 2nd half with another TD in just 2 ½ minutes with a 6-yard plunge by Brian McGee.  Simpson followed with another PAT.  The Mariners picked up one more TD in the 4th quarter and the final score was 27-0.
