Rob Licopoli Founder of the North American Football League to be Honored by NFE as 2005 Man of the Year

Rob Licopoli of New York, NY, has been named as “Man of the Year” 2005 by National Football Events. Mr. Licopoli is the founder of the North American Football League, which is the largest adult football league in the world. NFE has recognized the contributions and foresight of Rob Licopoli to semi-pro, minor league, football and will honor him at the 2005 Casino Bowl X in Las Vegas Nevada.

On Friday, April 1, 2005, Mr. Licopoli will be presented the “Man of the Year” award at a banquet held at the San Remo Hotel as a part of the Casino Bowl weekend. On Saturday April 2, 2005 the tenth annual Casino Bowl Game will be played.

The Casino Bowl features semi-pro football players from around the nation and sometimes Canada in an all star game. As a part of the Casino Bowl weekend there is a banquet, several meetings and a coach’s clinic offered in conjunction with the football game.

Rob Licopoli is the youngest man to receive the award. Congratulations are in order for Rob who has demonstrated talent, dedication and professionalism in his contributions to semi-pro or minor league football.
